Stillman College invites applications for a full-time, nine-month faculty position in Management within the School of Business, beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). The College seeks a
collaborative, student-focused educator committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Management, including Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and related courses
- Advise and mentor business students, particularly Management majors
- Participate in curriculum review and development aligned with contemporary industry practices
- Contribute to assessment and accreditation activities consistent with IACBE standards
- Engage in scholarly and professional development to enhance teaching and subject matter expertise
- Participate in School of Business and College-wide committees, recruitment initiatives, and community engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated professional experience related to management disciplines
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and student success in a diverse academic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Management, Business Administration, or closely related field (completed or ABD)
- College-level teaching experience (in person and/or online)
- Evidence of scholarly or applied professional activity
- Familiarity with instructional technology and student-centered learning approaches
