Stillman College invites applications for a full-time, nine-month faculty position in Supply Chain Management within the School of Business, beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). We seek a
dynamic, student-centered faculty member committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Procurement, and related business courses
  • Advise, mentor, and support Supply Chain Management majors and students pursuing business pathways
  • Collaborate in curriculum development to advance a modern and industry-relevant Supply Chain program
  • Engage in assessment and accreditation efforts consistent with IACBE standards
  • Participate in School of Business committees, faculty meetings, student recruitment, and community outreach
  • Maintain ongoing scholarly and/or professional engagement in the discipline
  • Contribute to service activities supporting Stillman College’s mission and strategic priorities

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
  • Significant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management
  • Demonstrated commitment to teaching and supporting diverse student populations
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field (completed or ABD)
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., APICS/ASCM, CPSM, CPIM, CLTD, PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
  • College-level teaching experience (face-to-face and/or online)
  • Evidence of scholarly engagement (research, publications, presentations, or applied practice)
