The Director of Digital Recruitment & Dual Enrollment leads Stillman College’s digital enrollment strategy and dual enrollment initiatives. This role expands student pipelines by leveraging technology, building partnerships with high schools, and managing recruitment marketing. The Director works to increase brand visibility, diversify enrollment, and support institutional enrollment growth goals.
Digital Recruitment Strategy
Design, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns targeting prospective students.
Oversee CRM systems, email/text campaigns, and social media outreach for recruitment.
Develop virtual tours, webinars, and online engagement strategies.
Dual Enrollment Program Development
Build and sustain partnerships with local and regional high schools.
Coordinate course offerings, schedules, and program compliance with academic departments.
Support dual enrollment students through advising, onboarding, and transition planning.
Travel & Outreach
Represent Stillman College at high schools, college fairs, and community events.
Conduct recruitment presentations for students, parents, and counselors.
Collaboration & Assessment
Partner with Admissions, Academic Affairs, and Marketing to align recruitment strategies.
Track enrollment metrics, dual enrollment participation, and digital engagement outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Marketing, Enrollment Management, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or digital marketing, preferably in higher education.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and emerging digital recruitment tools.
Proven ability to build school partnerships and manage dual enrollment programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work evenings/weekends as needed.
